My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I understand that every individual is unique, and I tailor my approach to suit your specific needs and goals. I believe that the key to successful therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship, where you feel safe and comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings.

My decision to pursue a career as a psychotherapist arises from a deep passion for understanding the complexities of the human soul. This work is not only immensely fulfilling for me, but it also brings me closer to my own sense of purpose. It allows me to help individuals feel truly heard, gain profound self-awareness, and navigate the intricate puzzles of their lives. Through this process, I guide them toward finding meaning and, ultimately, moving closer to a sense of wholeness—something that, in turn, brings me a deep sense of personal fulfillment and connection to my own journey.
INTRODUCTION
I am a Greek Clinical Psychologist (MSc) with a diverse international background, having lived and worked in Greece, Italy, and the Netherlands. This cross-cultural experience has enriched my understanding of different perspectives and deepened my ability to connect with individuals from various walks of life. My journey as a therapist has been shaped by a wide range of clinical experiences, allowing me to develop a comprehensive and empathetic approach to therapy. These experiences have equipped me with the flexibility to tailor my therapeutic approach to the unique needs of each individual, while fostering a safe and supportive space for personal growth.
STUDIES
I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Utrecht University. I am currently a trainee in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy, accredited by the European Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapies (EABCT). At the same time, I am expanding my expertise in Trauma-Informed Care and Somatic Healing, working to integrate a more holistic approach into my practice (IAYT).
CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
During my Bachelor's internship at Papanikolaou Psychiatric Hospital in Thessaloniki, I participated in group therapy sessions with individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other psychotic disorders. This experience deepened my understanding of severe mental health conditions and enhanced my ability to provide therapeutic support in a group setting. I also gained valuable experience in family and couple therapy, using a systemic approach to help clients navigate relational dynamics and strengthen connections.

In my Master's internship at the Psychiatric Facilities of the General Hospital of Corfu, I provided psychoeducational interventions for individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia and their families, guiding them through the challenges of managing mental health within the family context. Additionally, I conducted one-on-one psychotherapy sessions with individuals experiencing emotional difficulties, and participated in group therapy with individuals undergoing treatment in the Detox Unit for addiction recovery.

The Psychotherapy World
Following this, I worked at a Dyslexia Center, where I provided counseling to parents and conducted individual therapy sessions with children and adolescents diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, and other developmental disabilities. In this setting, I also facilitated social skills development through a range of activities, including board games, CBT techniques, role-playing, and psychoeducational materials, helping young clients build confidence and navigate social interactions.

For the past few years, I have built my own private practice, where I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, helping them address a range of emotional, relational, and psychological challenges. I collaborate with platforms and organizations across Europe, broadening my ability to support clients from diverse backgrounds. My approach combines evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong emphasis on personalized care and a holistic understanding of each individual's unique needs.
